A Community Benefit District
The Ocean Avenue Association was created in late 2010 to manage the district with a focus on cleaning and maintenance; safety; marketing; and streetscape improvements.
​
The Ocean Avenue corridor is a popular place in San Francisco to host many community events, including music and art shows or holiday celebrations, including an annual Lunar New Year Celebration.
​
As the Small Business & Marketing Manager for Ocean Avenue Association, Jordan has created business cards, event posters, program flyers, and more print collateral.
